I have worked with their PHP/MySQL website hosted with MediaTemple and have not had any problems. Reading the MediaTemple website, their product offerings look quite good but I can't really vouch for the reliability. MediaTemple's Grid Service looks a lot like what HostICan says about their service as well. Another web host that caught my eye a while back is <a href="http://www.mosso.com/" rel="nofollow">Mosso.com</a>. I signed up for an account there a little over a year ago. At the time, it wasn't quite ready. I believe they were still very new and undergoing serious growing pains.
